When Mr. Garrison decides to do a little "self improvement" at Tom's Rhinoplasty, a substitute teacher Ms. Ellen (voice of "Species" star Natasha Henstridge) takes over the class and immediately wins the affections of the entire school, including Chef. With Valentine's Day right around the corner, poor Wendy must cope with Stan's new crush and decides to take action against the hot Ms. Ellen. Meanwhile, Mr. Garrison's surgery goes better than expected resulting in a eerie resemblance to a "Baywatch" star that's a big music sensation in Germany.
