Suspended from the force and sent back to school, Barbrady deputizes the gang so they can help him catch the "Chickenlover." While Stan, Kyle, and Kenny help Barbrady decipher clues on the Magical Bookmobile, Cartman takes to the streets as the resident law enforcer preventing "South Park" from slipping into total anarchy.
