Description About this South Park episode:
The class takes part in a canned food drive, and the boys take that a bit further after watching a commercial for sponsoring Ethiopian children. Stan uses his mom's credit card and ends up buying an Ethiopian instead of a sponsorship. The little boy, Marvin, has to be returned, but Cartman ends up being hauled off instead. Cartman suffers in Ethiopia until he finds Sally Struther's secret stash.
